EXPLOREDuring the explore/discovery stage, the goal is to have a dialogue to uncover, help, understand and discuss the issues, problems, obstacles, barriers, opportunities, and potential solutions that require discussion.

 We utilize SMART questions to clarify, understand and explore the desired result. We talk about price and the customer’s decision-making process so that all users and influencers have had an opportunity to share their thoughts, ideas, concerns and solutions.

SOLVEDuring the solution stage, we simply share our proposed solution and discuss options and the benefits and value that we might bring in order to guide the customer into making their best decision.  This is more about conversing situationally rather than making in-depth presentations.

OPTIMIZEAnd, during this customer retention stage or the ‘delight’ stage, we continually assess our performance and identify additional sources of customer value.
