This is where we give you 90 minutes of our time to introduce your leadership team to EOS and some of the tools we use. This discovery process gets everyone on the same page to determine whether there is a fit.

THE FOCUS DAY™

This full-day session provides your leadership team with the foundational tools to clarify who is responsible for what, to set priorities, to improve communications, to drive accountability, to resolve issues, to break through the ceiling when it occurs and to track critical numbers.

Your leadership team then uses the tools in the business for the next 30 days to begin to experience results.

VISION BUILDING™ DAY 1

Another full-day session with the leadership team that starts by reviewing and sharpening the Focus Day tools.

Then we work together to complete the Vision / Traction Organizer™, the tool to clarify your vision, starting with who you are at the core, why you exist, what you do well and where you are going.

The team again uses the tools in the business for the next 30 days to experience more improvement.

VISION BUILDING™ DAY 2

Another full-day session with the leadership team that starts by reviewing and sharpening the Focus Day tools.

QUARTERLY SESSIONS

We now transition to full execution mode with full-day sessions with the leadership team every 90 days to evaluate performance, to refocus, to set priorities for the next 90 days and to resolve any issues that might impede progress.

ANNUAL SESSIONS

Two full days with the leadership team each year to work on team health and update the vision and plan for the next year and next quarter.

The result is a healthy, focused leadership team and an organization that makes continual progress towards achieving everything in their vision.
